Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Indianapolis, Indiana for a Tuesday-Saturday evening overnight shift. The role focuses on supervising warehouse/distribution operations with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, customer service, budgeting, scheduling, hiring/training, reporting, and coordination with carriers and associates. The position requires 2-5 years of management experience in distribution/transportation, leadership in an industrial setting, strong communication and organizational skills, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
