Description
Archer is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate warehousing activities across an assigned site and shift, including receiving, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and outbound delivery. The role supervises material handlers, trains new employees, audits SAP MM and SAP EWM transactions, resolves inventory discrepancies, maintains standard work instructions, and supports logistics improvements and ERP/WMS enhancements. The position requires at least three years of related manufacturing experience, including one year leading warehouse or material-handling staff, and offers a base pay range of $52,300 to $65,400.
