Description
The Warehouse Supervisor manages product movement and warehouse operations for a route, supervising warehouse and delivery employees and overseeing receiving, picking, packing, order fulfillment, inventory control, FSMA recordkeeping, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance. The role also assists with recruiting, training, and development of Brand Concierges, Brand Associates, Brand Specialists, and Brand Leaders, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, at least two years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience, at least one year of Microsoft Excel experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a refrigerated or freezer environment.
