Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring an onsite production supervisor to lead operators in a high-volume, high-mix production environment. The role oversees incoming job-order kitting, shipment packing, inventory control, FIFO/Kanban lot management, work-order dispatching, material supply, workforce discipline and attendance, safety/ESD/cleanroom compliance, quality and continual-improvement activities, and production performance metrics. Applicants need at least a diploma in engineering, industrial engineering, production management, or a related discipline, five years of relevant production experience, and at least three years in a supervisory role; experience with Oracle, ERP/SAP/MRP, lean manufacturing, and quality-improvement projects is required or preferred.
