Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager coordinates warehouse, shipping, and receiving staff; assigns daily tasks; validates and audits inventory; processes shipping paperwork; dispatches carriers; loads trailers; consolidates inventory; and supports customer shipments. The role also trains forklift operators, maintains warehouse safety and compliance, and handles food-safety and quality requirements for SQF-certified sites. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–8 years of related experience or training, ERP and Microsoft proficiency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The entry-level annual compensation is $78,441, with medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
