Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads warehouse operations at the Estherville, Iowa facility, overseeing inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, shipping, material handling, and customer order fulfillment. The role supervises shipping leads, material handlers, receiving clerks, inventory clerks, and warehouse clerks; manages staffing, schedules, training, performance reviews, safety, and ERP reporting; and collaborates with production, operations, and human resources. The position requires ERP and inventory management knowledge, forklift operation and training, and 2–5 years of relevant cycle-counting or warehouse-supervision experience, with an AM shift of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and overtime as needed.
