Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse and distribution operation serving the livestock industry. The role oversees daily warehouse and dispatch activities, supervises warehouse teams, manages workloads and operational priorities, supports picking, packing, dispatch, customer pickups, and freight, maintains inventory accuracy, coordinates couriers and shipments, and drives safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position requires prior leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments, along with experience in inventory control, dispatch, team leadership, process improvement, and warehouse management systems.
