Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager leads distribution center operations, with a primary focus on inventory accuracy, operational excellence, continuous improvement, workforce development, safety, and service-level performance. The role plans operational needs, sets metrics and goals, analyzes warehouse data, optimizes processes and storage capacity, manages inventory controls and cycle counts, supports training and staffing, and coordinates with warehouse leadership, vendors, HR, and Finance. The position requires at least four years of warehouse-supervisor experience, inventory-accuracy experience, WMS and RF-tool experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
