Description
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations supporting material delivery to and from production, including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, inventory management, and materials movement. The role supervises warehouse staff, establishes work assignments, implements Lean methods, develops kitting processes, leads performance management, and supports equipment and facility needs. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree or equivalent experience, warehousing experience, supervisory experience, ERP/MRP system experience, and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
