Description
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, KPI tracking, safety, space utilization, and process improvement. The role supervises and develops employees, coordinates with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Transportation, and ensures compliance with company, HSE, quality, and inventory-control procedures. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior warehouse, distribution, ERP, inventory-control, and supervisory experience, computer literacy, and the ability to collaborate on problem-solving.
