Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads and participates in daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, workflow coordination, quality assurance, staffing oversight, safety enforcement, and employee training. The role requires hands-on floor work, problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to act as Acting Manager when the Manager is absent. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of operations management experience in distribution or manufacturing, warehouse management system familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background screen.
