Description
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor directs and coordinates distribution-center warehouse activities, including inbound freight receiving and stocking, customer-order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, safety programs, freight-company communication, fleet and driver management, damaged-merchandise reclamation, and coordination with purchasing, merchandising, sales, and finance. The role supervises employees and supervisors, handles hiring, training, performance evaluation, discipline, asset control, and physical security, and requires knowledge of PKMS and AS400 warehouse-management systems.
