Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse and production operations at an assigned facility, reporting to onsite management. The role oversees production goals, employee scheduling and performance management, hiring, training, safety, quality, cost control, waste reduction, and timely order fulfillment. It requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment. The position is physically demanding and takes place in a non-climate-controlled warehouse or production environment.
