Description
PLA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and production operations at an assigned facility. The role oversees production performance, employee scheduling and performance management, safety and quality compliance, labor and waste control, customer service, and continuous improvement. It is available on first or second shift, with flexibility to support the opposite shift as needed, and requires physical work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Pallet manufacturing, repair, or recycling knowledge is preferred but not required, and candidates without pallet experience are encouraged to apply and will be trained.
