Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role supervises and coordinates logistics operations, plans and reviews logistics processes, establishes schedules, monitors KPIs, coaches and evaluates team members, supports customer operations, and implements health, safety, and security initiatives. The position is scheduled Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., pays $64,000–$66,000 annually, and requires an H.S. diploma or GED, 0–1 year of direct supervisory or leadership experience, and preferably at least one year of transportation, warehouse, or distribution experience.
