Description
DSV is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inbound, outbound, receiving, warehousing, shipping, product slotting, labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and customer communication activities. The role manages warehouse staff, including hiring, training, work assignment, performance evaluations, motivation, development, and performance issue resolution; ensures safety, quality, KPI, SOP, productivity, service, and cost objectives; communicates operational issues to management and clients; and supports continuous improvement and physical warehouse operations. A high school diploma or GED, three years of logistics or distribution experience, and one year of supervisory experience are required; prior material handling equipment knowledge or certification is preferred.
