Description
Backcountry is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fulfillment center operations, including order processing, inventory accuracy, production scheduling, employee coaching, training, reporting, and use of warehouse systems and equipment. The role works the second shift Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and reports to the Team Operations Manager. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalency, at least three months of fulfillment center experience, and at least three months of merchandise processing experience, along with English comprehension, basic math, computer, and organizational skills.
