Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee receiving, storage, preparation, inventory, and merchandise dispatch operations for a distribution company. The role supervises and trains warehouse staff, assigns shifts, monitors productivity and attendance, supports staffing needs, verifies inventory accuracy, maintains safety and compliance standards, and prepares operational reports. The position is full-time, exempt, and on-site, requiring a relevant bachelor's degree, at least two years of team-supervision experience, warehouse operations experience, a valid Puerto Rico driver's license, current warehouse-equipment certifications, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
