Description
Ruggable is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inbound and outbound shipments, dock scheduling, inventory accuracy, WMS transactions, and continuous improvement. The role leads and develops warehouse associates, enforces safety and OSHA compliance, and collaborates with procurement, production, transportation, quality, and customer service teams. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience, and at least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience. The position offers a $60,000–$70,000 annual base salary plus a variable annual bonus and a 401(k) employer match.
