Description
The Warehouse Supervisor provides daily supervision of warehouse associates, develops schedules, tours the facility, coordinates staffing and performance management, maintains inventory accuracy, enforces safety and company policies, supports hiring and training, and ensures compliance with regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of warehouse or distribution-center experience, leadership and planning skills, warehouse-management-system knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
