Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse and production operations at an assigned facility, reporting to onsite management. The role oversees production goals, employee scheduling and performance management, hiring, training, safety, quality, cost control, waste reduction, and timely order fulfillment. It requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
