Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Mabelvale, Arkansas, to support the Warehouse Manager and supervise warehouse team members. The role manages daily shipping and warehouse activities, forecasts volume, staffing, and supply needs, maintains building and safety conditions, develops team members, and coordinates with supply chain. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. until finish. Candidates need at least three years of warehouse operations experience, knowledge of warehouse regulations, leadership skills, process-improvement experience, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
