Description
Frasers Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, manage shift performance and labour planning, meet delivery and customer demand targets, maintain safety standards, support continuous improvement, and help reduce turnover. The role requires experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain, strong people and change-management potential, systems skills, and problem-solving ability. It follows a rotation shift pattern of five days out of seven, including weekends.
