Description
Readerlink Distribution Services is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the first shift at its Romeoville, Illinois distribution operation. The supervisor plans, organizes, and monitors warehouse employees to meet production goals; oversees shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, inventory accuracy, workflow, safety, quality, productivity, employee relations, training, performance reviews, staffing, and incident investigations. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with flexibility for off-shifts and weekends as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of warehouse experience, basic Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, strong communication and mathematical skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment. Compensation is $65,000-$75,000 per year, with medical, dental, prescription, disability, life, accident insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) match.
