Description
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage the daily operation of a warehouse shift, supervise shift team leaders and team leaders, coordinate staffing, monitor capacity and KPIs, drive process improvements, and maintain communication with customer service and the client. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, relevant warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce experience, strong analytical and people-management skills, Excel proficiency, and fluent Dutch and English. It is a full-time position with an early or late fixed shift, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and training opportunities.
