Description
Carrier is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor Kitting to lead the safe, accurate, and timely preparation of material kits supporting factory production. The role translates production plans, work orders, and bills of material into daily kitting priorities; supervises picking, verification, consolidation, labeling, staging, and delivery; maintains kit accuracy and inventory records; coordinates replenishment and point-of-use delivery; and uses ERP/WMS transactions and Lean methods to improve material flow. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of warehouse, materials, inventory, production logistics, or kitting experience, and at least one year of supervising hourly employees. The annual salary is $64,500 to $129,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
