Home Chef is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a second-shift warehouse team from 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM, with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off. The role supervises receiving, product issuance to production, shipping, WMS compliance, safety, inventory accuracy, equipment checks, logistics coordination, shift handoffs, and performance coaching of warehouse leads and associates. Candidates must have at least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, supervise 10–15 employees, be proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld data logging equipment, and hold a high school degree or equivalent.
