The Warehouse Supervisor assists management in operating the warehouse efficiently, supervises the entire warehouse department, delegates work, resolves discrepancies, trains employees, reviews production and inventory records, coordinates with buyers and management, and oversees loading and unloading of stock and truck deliveries. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and preferably 3–5 years of prior working experience.
