ReaderLink is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift to plan, organize, and monitor warehouse employees and operations from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. The role oversees shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, production, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, productivity, employee relations, training, performance reviews, workflow coordination, and incident investigations. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of warehouse experience, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and flexibility for off shifts and weekends; a bachelor’s degree, English and Spanish communication skills, and warehouse management system experience are preferred. Compensation is $60,000-$65,000, with medical, dental, prescription, disability, life, accident, vacation, paid holidays, and 401(k) benefits.
