Description
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees a specific section or work shift at a regional distribution center, directing merchandise receipt, inspection, ticketing, order picking, storage, consolidation, packing, shipping, quality assurance, returns, inventory, and work assignments. The role also supervises and evaluates associates, manages fleet vehicles and maintenance, coordinates HazMat and safety training, and prepares operational reports. Applicants must have five years of relevant experience, including three years of general distribution-support experience or two years of specialized distribution and warehouse-management experience.
