Custom Assembly, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Operation Manager with daily warehouse operations. The role oversees inbound receiving, outbound shipping, workflow coordination, staffing, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, employee training, and operational communication. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational experience, and at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience; additional coursework, receiving or shipping experience, forklift experience, and warehouse management-system proficiency are preferred.
