Description
Smith Industrial Rubber & Plastics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations for rubber products, including receiving, storage, order processing, quality control, shipping, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, staff supervision, process improvement, supplier and logistics coordination, equipment maintenance, and performance reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field, several years of warehouse management experience, warehouse management system proficiency, leadership skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 70 pounds.
