Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads the third-shift Cold Crew by coordinating warehouse workflow, supervising staff, managing labor and scheduling, overseeing inventory and food-safety standards, handling incidents and safety issues, and supporting hiring, performance reviews, and customer requests. The role requires warehouse operations experience, preferably in a food or temperature-controlled environment, along with radio-frequency and computer applications, communication, problem-solving, and physical warehouse capabilities.
