The Team Coach leads and supports operational employees in the finishing and logistics departments, coordinating production schedules, shipments, quality, training, leave planning, and communication with drivers and external partners. The role requires a quality-focused production mindset, MS Office proficiency, fluent Dutch, and willingness to work a two-shift system.
