Description
The WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER works under the warehouse manager to supervise and train warehouse employees, unload and verify incoming product, organize and restock the warehouse, track productivity, resolve conflicts, enforce safety rules, and respond to after-hours alarms. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisor experience or equivalent education and K&M University training, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds continuously. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
