Description
The Warehouse Team Lead oversees daily warehouse operations for an assigned function, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and product returns. The role leads and coaches associates, improves processes, performs quality and safety checks, supports inventory reconciliation, coordinates with warehouse leadership and other departments, maintains records, and resolves operational issues. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of warehouse or logistics experience, leadership or supervisory experience preferred, equipment operation skills, inventory software proficiency, and the ability to work varying shifts and perform physically demanding warehouse work.
