Weir is hiring an onsite Warehouse Team Lead in Madrid to supervise warehouse operators and manage daily warehouse operations, including labor allocation, SAP ECC, inventory, safety and quality compliance, continuous improvement, reporting, shipping and import/export documentation, non-conformance follow-up, and team training. The role requires warehouse supervision or task delegation experience, English and Spanish communication skills, willingness to learn SAP ECC and Microsoft Office, and practical experience with reach trucks and forklifts.
