Description
The Warehouse Team Leader manages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse team of 4–6 employees, overseeing incoming and outgoing goods, inventory, receipts, issues, shipments, schedules, quality, safety, and delivery performance. The role coordinates with logistics, work preparation, and production, leads and develops employees, and identifies process improvements. It requires at least three years of warehouse or logistics experience, team leadership experience, warehouse administration and inventory management knowledge, and a forklift certificate. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,000, full-time 40-hour employment, vacation and roster days, a pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
