Fairfax Meadow is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader in Derby to lead and motivate warehouse staff, organise workloads, solve problems, and maintain the smooth, safe, and efficient dispatch process. The role works 19:00–04:00 on any five of seven days, pays up to £31,476 per annum plus a night-shift premium, and requires organisation, communication, problem-solving, and team-motivation skills; warehouse or similar team-leader experience is advantageous.
