Fresh Direct is hiring a Warehouse Team Manager for its Bicester Depot. The role leads a team of warehouse operatives, ensures safe and efficient operations, helps achieve targets, plans workload and resources with the shift manager, develops team members, and handles paperwork and administration. It is a night-shift position from Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday rest days, and requires previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment; warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential. The salary is £38,442 for 40 hours, with holiday allowance, pension, discounts, and learning and development opportunities.
