Stitch Fix is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead large teams of hourly employees in a warehouse or fulfillment environment. The role owns daily workforce planning and execution, onboarding, training, coaching, attendance and timekeeping, reporting, data-driven performance analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least four years of direct people leadership experience, warehouse or operational team-management experience, data and Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for an 8+ hour floor shift on a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. The role offers a US salary range of $55,000–$70,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
