Culina Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Training Lead to deliver MHE, manual handling, inductions, assessments, and refresher training; maintain training records, SOPs, and safe systems of work; and coach colleagues on safety and operational performance. The role runs Monday-Friday from 06:00am to 14:00pm and pays £32,461.26 per annum. RTITB or ITSSAR MHE instructor qualification is preferred, while IOSH qualification or progress toward it is advantageous.
