Description
Knuspr is hiring a Warehouse Trainer to support new and existing warehouse employees through onboarding, process training, coaching, feedback, development planning, compliance checks, and performance support. The role works closely with managers, helps implement new warehouse processes, evaluates training outcomes, and serves as a role model for company culture. Candidates need at least one year of training experience, strong communication and customer-focus skills, confidence with digital tools, and very good English or German; warehouse or operations experience is advantageous.
