Description
Randstad is urgently seeking a Flexible Support Worker in Tessenderlo to replace a colleague who is off sick. This temporary day-contract role involves outdoor logistics, loading bulk materials, operating or learning to operate a backloader, and supporting the permanent team. The position is available immediately and is planned until the end of 2026, with possible longer-term collaboration depending on workload. Applicants should be physically able to work outdoors, available for day shifts, and open to short-notice work; a forklift certificate is a strong asset but not required.
