The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus four years of yard or warehousing experience, or an equivalent combination, along with coordination, machinery operation, communication, basic math, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills. Work is primarily outdoors or in a warehouse and involves lifting up to 80 pounds and performing physical tasks such as climbing, pushing, and kneeling.
