Meyer Distributing is hiring a Zone Lead for its Jasper team to lead a 10-member crew and ensure transfer trailers depart on time with high-quality, consistent operations. The role includes leading team huddles, managing skid stacking and zone setup, maintaining 5S and SOPs, training team members, monitoring dispatch and inventory metrics, and supporting the second-shift supervisor. The position pays up to $25 per hour, requires forklift and manlift certification within three months, and follows a rotating five-day schedule.
