The role involves creating physical player aids and reference guides, developing and maintaining simulation databases, building interfaces for modeling and simulation tools, capturing player decisions and telemetry, and evaluating game mechanics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, or 10 years of related experience; proficiency with graphic design and layout software, familiarity with government simulation tools, and an active Top Secret clearance are required. The projected compensation range is $85,000 to $141,600, with health insurance and other benefits available.
