The role involves creating physical player aids and reference guides, developing and maintaining simulation databases, building interfaces for modeling and simulation tools, capturing player decisions and telemetry, and evaluating game mechanics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, or 10 years of related experience, along with graphic design proficiency, software-learning ability, and a current TS/SCI clearance. The position is based in Quantico, Virginia, with remote work options, and offers a projected compensation range of $85,000 to $141,600 plus benefits.
