Description
The Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible for submitting and following up on manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims, reviewing repair orders, entering warranty data, monitoring claim abuse, coordinating with warranty representatives, managing returned or rejected claims, tracking claim status and inventory, and reporting to management. The role requires a Monday-to-Friday schedule with overtime and weekend availability, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
