Minto is hiring a Warranty Coordinator in Stittsville to provide customer service to homeowners and coordinate warranty-related service, repairs, and outstanding work. The role monitors Tarion warranty files, processes paperwork and invoices, manages vendor cards and check-in/check-out, schedules and reschedules repair appointments, resolves after-sales complaints, and coordinates repairs in model homes. A high school diploma is required, a college diploma in a relevant discipline is an asset, and at least five years of relevant customer-service experience is required. The annual hiring pay range is $55,000-$63,000.
